From The Heart 

The following text is written by Eleni, a very good student of mine. It reflects a good deal on what we are working on in my classes every week:

    Speaking from the heart helps one know who you are and where you need to be, but at times you may wonder if that's the best way to be.  Speaking is feeling and in feeling you are being who you really are.  Don't be afraid, because in the end you will always win and winning means only speaking the truth.  In expressing ourselves we help others do the same and it all helps us grow with one or the other it's all the same. 
    We have all been hurt and disappointed at one time or another, but don't forget the beauty of it all, we will only grow and learn and teach others what not to do to one or the other.  Value all the loved ones and speak from your heart and you will see how things seem to fall in place without a second thought.  
    So remember, speak and feel and don't forget to listen to everything you say and hear.  I know it's not easy but no one said it was, let go of the fear because it will steer you wrong.  Take the challenge and you will see, that you will only unleash the person you have always wanted to be.  Believe in you and in what you need and not what you want, it will all come to you if you just speak from the heart.
